Switched-on Kids is about empowering you – the parent – with knowledge and tools to take charge of your child’s health, function and learning. You will gain an immediate understanding of how the brain works through easily understood science and research, the most up-to-date information about how to stimulate brain function for learning and for life through specific, and fun, coordinative sensory-motor exercises, current food considerations which are easy to implement and lots of life-changing tools to connect and communicate as a family.

Switched-on Kids Book
This is an invaluable resource taking you step-by-step through a manageable program to help your child succeed in all areas of life. Its easy-to-read format explains how the brain functions and learns, and provides you with tips and tools to empower your child to learn.
Primitive Reflexes
Primitive Reflexes are the automatic movement patterns babies are born with to respond to specific sensory stimulation. We pay a lot of attention to these in the Switched-on Kids program as they are so important to brain function.
Workshops
This is a great way to learn how to help your child be the best she can be in person. The workshops cover different aspects of child development and brain and nervous system function and stimulation.
Brain Training
If you are local to the Newcastle area we encourage you to bring your child to the brain-stimulating movement classes held at Family Chiropractic Centre.
Exercise Video
This 24 minute video takes you through how to do the brain-stimulating exercises with your child. This is a great way to motivate your child to do the exercises correctly.
